Garda, a lakeside promenade to experience

Once a Roman village, Garda is a town located by the lake of the same name. It still feels like a quaint village despite its sumptuous villas and its lively lakeside, full of picturesque corners, delicious restaurants and places to have aperitivo. It is also worth visiting the surroundings of Garda, for example walking to the top of the nearby rock, which offers a unique view, and then discovering the scenic Eremo dei Camaldolesi. Another unmissable destination near Garda is Punta San Vigilio, the best place to see the sunset over the lake.

Lazise, a fortified Scaliger village

One of the main tourist destinations on Lake Garda, it amazes thousands of visitors every year with its charming historic center, from where you can reach various beaches. The symbol of Lazise is the famous Antica Dogana Veneta, a monumental fourteenth-century building, but the Scaliger Castle, with its crenellated walls and gates, is another well-known landmark. A short distance from the center of Lazise you’ll get to Parco Termale del Garda in Colà, near Villa dei Cedri, with its thermal lakes surrounded by century-old trees.

Bardolino, Sirmione and Peschiera

In addition to Garda and Lazise, from our hotels you’ll take just a few minutes to reach Bardolino, famous for its oil and wine, but also for the lakeside full of tulips, the Scaliger Tower and for the unmissable Ferris wheel. Moving further south, you’ll get to Peschiera del Garda, ringed by a pentagon-shaped fortress, and obviously Sirmione, with the very famous Grotte di Catullo.
